Our Vision
The Innovative Productions was formed with the goal to create a space for emerging artists based in the Waterloo Region. A safe, inclusive space for all ages looking for an outlet of expression.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for young children all the way to adults who are just starting. Being a resource for exploration of emotions, and dreams. Re envisioning a community that encourages anyone to be able to openly and freely share their unique voices, stories, and visions.

Founders
Sydney Thisdelle (She/her)
Sydney is an Actor, Director, Producer, and Playwright.
She has studied classical theatre and movement at The Stratford Festival (2015), Acting with Cindy Tanas in Toronto (2016), Acting, movement, and voice at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts (2017), Acting for Film/Tv at LB Acting Studio (2019), and most recently Devised theatre training in multiple disciplinaries at Humber College (2019-2020). Recent written works include Hello, love!(2023), Do You Have The Time?(2023) and The Rehearsal(2023), produced by The Innovative Productions.
Marley Sullivan (She/her)
Marley is a Director, Producer and Stage Manager.
She has been a proud member of the theatre community in the Waterloo Region since 2012. Marley has been on stage, back stage and just about every role in between.
Recent directing credits include Someone’s Daughter (2022), The Brother’s Grimm Spectaculathon (2022), Hello Love! (2023), Do You Have The Time (2023) and The Rehearsal (2023).
