Harassment Policy

The Innovative Productions Theatre Company has a zero tolerance for harassment, sexual harassment & discrimination of any kind.

The Innovative Productions Theatre Company will investigate all reports, complaints and incidents of harassment. While complete confidentiality is not always possible, The Innovative Productions Theatre Company will protect the confidentiality of those involved to the extent this is possible and will not disclose identifying information about any individuals involved unless the disclosure is necessary for the purposes of investigating or taking corrective action with respect to the incident or complaint, or is otherwise required by law. The Innovative Productions Theatre Company strictly prohibits any form of reprisal against a person who reports, makes a complaint or participates in an investigation under this policy. 

After investigation The Innovative Productions Theatre Company will take necessary action to ensure all members of the company feel safe, and at any point may remove a member who has been accused of any form of harassment or discrimination.

The Innovative Productions Theatre Company is committed to providing a safe and productive environment, free of threats to the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, actors & volunteers. These threats include, but are not limited to, harassment, discrimination, violations of health and safety rules, and violence.
